Action planning is an important part of delivering a successful volunteering programme. We recommend completing an action plan collectively with your Ambassadors and/or student volunteers. This process will help your volunteers to be organised, get creative and feel empowered as they have ownership over what they are doing. We recommend revisiting and reviewing your action plan regularly. Please feel free to share your action plans with us so we can what you're up to. Email a copy to Leadership@aoc.co.uk.
