Your Game
Your Game is designed to help young people connect with their football future and learn about several different roles within the game outside of playing. They will hear from many individuals who work in football in the local area and get the chance to try an element of their job some of the roles we will be looking at include - coaching, refereeing and youth leadership.
AoC Sport will be working with up to 10 County FAs to deliver Your Game events during the 2026/27 season. Selected County FAs will receive funding to support the planning and delivery of their event, helping to create meaningful opportunities for young people to explore leadership, volunteering, coaching, refereeing and wider careers within football.
Your Game will also include The FA Club Maker workshop.
The FA Club Maker is a new initiative, that supports young people aged 18-25 in taking their first steps into volunteering in the game. The aim is to introduce young people to the number of roles available to them off the pitch. County FA’s will also Provide access to an official FA Continuing Professional Development (CPD) opportunity following the event, enabling participants to continue their learning journey and deepen their engagement with the game.
