VACANCY: England Colleges Women’s Team Assistant Coach

Location: Nationwide (UK) - Working From Home Deadline: Friday 15 May 2020 Hours: Part-time Salary: Voluntary Interview date: Thursday 21 May 2020 England Colleges FA (ECFA) is seeking to appoint an Assistant Coach with a record of success to assist with our England Colleges women’s football programme. The ECFA represents the football delivery arm of AoC Sport. Working in close partnership with The Football Association we aim to grow and sustain college football by delivering quality competitions and providing participation programmes for all. We have developed a full ECFA Player Pathway to ensure college football is fully inclusive and have launched numerous leadership and volunteering opportunities to aid student employability, using football as a vehicle to help students fulfil their potential. The England Colleges National Team programme represents the pinnacle of college football. AoC Sport is the lead membership organisation for college sport and physical activity and is an Association of Colleges (AoC) subsidiary company. AoC Sport encourages and supports every student to participate in sport and physical activity as an integrated part of their college experience. Offering a range of specialist advice, training and events, AoC Sport champions a whole-organisation, cross-curricular approach to physical activity, which results in dynamic college communities, healthy students and an economic boost to the bottom line. AoC Sport was formed following the merger of British Colleges Sport (BCS), the English Colleges Football Association (ECFA) and the Association of Colleges (AoC) sport policy team in August 2014.
