The second work out is called Into the Wild, it is a 6 rounds for time workout with a 18 minute time cap.

16 American Kettlebell swings 12/16kg
14 Air Squats
12 Lunges

The athlete’s score will be the total time it takes to complete the entire workout or the total number of repetitions completed before the 18-minute time cap.
