The AoC Staff Governors Conference brings together college staff governors for an afternoon of learning, discussion and professional development. Designed to support both new and experienced governors, this online conference provides an opportunity to explore the latest issues affecting further education, hear from sector experts, and connect with peers who understand the unique opportunities and challenges of the role. Through a mix of keynote presentations and practical breakout sessions, delegates will gain valuable insights to help them contribute effectively to their governing board and strengthen their impact within their college.
