AoC Learning Week 2026

AoC Learning Week is a week of practical, high-impact CPD designed for further education professionals. First launched in July 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic, it responded to the urgent need for accessible, high-quality development for teaching staff. What began as a timely solution has since grown into a well-established, sector-wide offer, now in its seventh year, with over 4,200 college staff taking part in 2025 alone.
Since then, Learning Week has continued to expand in both scale and impact, bringing together colleagues from across the further education sector for a dynamic programme of sessions. Covering teaching and learning, wellbeing, leadership, and the key challenges shaping FE today, the event offers relevant and practical insights for professionals at all levels.
