As our Vice Principal Curriculum & Quality, you will play a key role in effective leadership and development of teaching, learning and assessment and all broader aspects of quality improvement and quality assurance. Reporting to the Principal and Chief Executive and a member of the Executive and Senior Leadership Team, you will be instrumental in the strategic leadership of innovation and digital transformation to enhance the student experience and improve operational effectiveness. As nominee, lead preparations for, and management of, Ofsted inspections, as well as other external regulatory and accountability processes.
You will be an authentic leader ready to make a profound impact and need to share our passion for inclusivity and exceptional learner experience. An individual with integrity, who prioritises collaboration, empowers others, and is accessible to staff. Our ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong sense of vision, and an effective leader of change, with the ability to empower and harness talent.
