Events & Training

AoC offers a range of events and training, from webinars, annual in-person and online conferences and exhibitions to masterclass series, workshops, leadership and management programmes and in-house training.
Through AoC events the FE sector can share best practice amongst peers and hear from experts in a vast range of topics, helping colleges to address big challenges and rethink approaches. Topics include SEND, teaching, learning and assessment, finance, HR, marketing and much more. Select events are free as part of your AoC membership.
Our training services enable you to:
•Develop your workforce with our In-House Training service. We work alongside you and our expert trainers to create a bespoke training programme to suit your college needs
•Grow your knowledge and skills through a range of online Masterclass Series. Created using feedback from our members
•The Senior Leadership Development Programme runs two cohorts a year. The programme gives participants the valuable space, time and tools to figure out how to develop their leadership skills and organisation going forward
•AoC’s Early Career and Experienced Middle Managers Programme is an affordable programme, delivered in-house at your college, to support those both early on and experienced in their middle management career. Developed by working closely with a group of trainers.
The process begins and ends with you. For more information, email training@aoc.co.uk.
