We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive Events Coordinator to join our small but busy AoC Create Events team supporting the Head, Events Managers and Sponsorship team. In this role you will provide first class administrative support and coordination across the whole events and sponsorship team. This role is also focussed on providing a high level, professional and responsive service to members on a wide variety of events queries.


To be successful in this position you will possess excellent attention to detail, the ability to manage competing and often urgent tasks and to be able to work effectively under pressure and with your own initiative. Good IT skills, including familiarisation with events management and mail out systems are also essential. The ideal candidate will thrive on working with a busy team and understand and take pride in their vital role in relation to the success of the team.

This role will involve some UK travel and overnight stays due to assisting at events.
