are opportunities to achieve UK awards and our more able and talented develop their transferable employability skills through the Career Ready Programme. Our Careers Academy provides work related education and individualised careers advice. Our Regional ESOL Assessment Central Hub (REACH) supports learner progression whilst providing an efficient, timely service.

This has resulted in reduced waiting lists, improved progression pathways and maximised collaborative opportunities. Within excess of 1,000 employers have the ability to provide a unique breadth of live employer briefs and work placements with prestigious companies including Aston Martin, delivering employability workshops and inspiring our learners for a skilled economy.

Tailored mentoring, work experience, internships and transition events support Independent Living Skills, Looked After Young People and Care Leavers. Our Widening Participation programmes provide opportunities for those with learning and physical disabilities and those Not in Employment, Education or Training. Junior Apprenticeship programmes cater for 14-16 year olds at risk of exclusion.
