Director of MIS and Data

We are now seeking a dynamic and inspirational Director of MIS and Data, who will lead the MIS and Data department and ensure our current high standards are maintained and further developed.

As a Senior Leadership Group (SLG) member and an attendee at Governor meetings, you will play a crucial role in driving the college’s performance forward and ensuring the college is best placed to deliver our strategic plan. As well as leading the strategic development of information systems and business intelligence, the Director of MIS and Data will lead and develop a talented, motivated workforce and work in partnership with stakeholders across the college.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing information systems within the FE sector, a strong track record in data systems, with sound knowledge of funding, data, and compliance. You will play a significant role in advising the Board and the SLG on key matters and will have the ability to provide effective support and challenge across the organisation. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to get the best out of your teams and foster a culture of high aspiration and collaborative working, are also of paramount importance.
