Our ambitions are high and in order to deliver our aspirational plans, we are now seeking a new Assistant Principal Quality to join our Senior Leadership Team. In this newly created post, you will report directly to the Vice Principal and will play a significant part in driving academic improvement across the college through the maintenance of the curriculum self-assessment process, academic quality calendar, and through our student surveys.
With strategic responsibility for quality assurance and quality improvement, you will ensure consistency in our quality and outcomes. As Assistant Principal you will develop, engage and motivate staff to raise aspirations and achieve high-quality performance. The successful candidate will have a passion for excellence and a proven track record of delivering innovation, curriculum self-assessment, and quality improvement.
Our ideal candidate will have proven experience in leading and managing quality improvement within Further Education and an inclusive, values-based approach. You will also have an understanding, wherever possible through lived experience, of the challenges associated with working with a diverse student population and a diverse workforce and the opportunities that it brings. This is an exceptional opportunity for an aspiring leader, to work with a committed leadership team to drive forward plans for the next stages of our journey at The Henley College.
