Beyond the Blind Spots – Attracting Talent and Accelerating Equality for the Future of FE

22 January 2019 - 12 February 2019

AoC in partnership with ETF are running three experiential workshops that will engage FE leaders to explore, understand and gain insight into unconscious bias in our FE work environments. These workshops will provide a safe space for reflection and give delegates an opportunity to plan fresh approaches to embed in their own colleges. These workshops offer three free places to each college attending, enabling a senior manager, HR specialist and a governor to attend together in order to gain an understanding of the united, practical steps to take within their college.
