Effective Bid-Writing Workshop

This workshop is designed to help delegates understand the key elements of bid-writing best practice and equip them with skills to help improve their success rates in tenders.

The co-facilitator, Debi Coles core specialism is working with teams to support competitive tenders. She offers help at all stages of the process; from project management, facilitating brainstorming sessions to draw out the key selling messages, writing proposal documents, coaching presentation teams through to conducting client debriefs. Claire Buckland, who is also speaking at this workshop, is an Apprenticeship Consultant specialising in supporting businesses to create effective apprenticeship strategies and programmes including Apprenticeship Levy guidance; setting up as a provider, quality management and administrative support.

Delivering New Standard Apprenticeships Workshop

This workshops aims to help those involved in apprenticeship planning and curriculum – vice principals, programme managers and others – to understand how the reforms will impact upon provision and how to maximise opportunities in the local labour market.

The workshop will also consider the most pertinent aspects of the reforms to providers, offering support with institutional planning and the opportunity to work through challenges with others from the sector.
