The 5R's Approach to GCSE Maths Resits
AoC is working with the Education Endowment Foundation on a project called the ‘5Rs Approach to GCSE Maths resits’. The project aims to conduct trials using manualised intervention methods to support students re-sitting their maths GCSEs to improve their attainment.
We are looking for 80 post-16 providers to take part in the trials. Trials consist of teachers receiving an initial training day which outlines the method followed by two catch up days in each of the following term. Students will also have access to a suite of online resources.
For more information about the project, eligibility and applying to take part, please visit the AoC website or email 5Rs@aoc.co.uk.
