The project case studies are available

The Outstanding Teaching, Learning and Assessment (OTLA) programme, is an Education and Training Foundation (ETF) programme which aims to promote and enhance the quality of teaching, learning and assessment in post-16 education and training.

The first phase of the project have run throughout 2017 with 15 projects, with a second phase running until February 2018 with 6 projects across England receive funding to enhance the quality of teaching, learning and assessment in post-16 education and training. It will focus on supporting the development of teaching practice and stronger links with employers with the aim of working towards outstanding provision in the sector for all students on technical routes.

New development projects will be announced in March 2018.

There is a programme of 10 CPD sessions running between February - April 2018, a list of sessions and how to book on to them is available on the CPD page.

We are also holding a national conference on 20 March 2018 in London to disseminate the outcomes of the programme as well as highlight how learning from the development projects can be used by the wider sector. Please visit our conference site for more information.
