Performance Management - Legal Implications
This workshop on 4 December 2014, delivered by employment lawyer Darren Newman, explores the legal aspects of performance management, particularly when related to stress and absence. Darren Newman will look at the requirements of a fair dismissal based on performance as well as the particular challenges employers face when poor performance is linked to stress and absence. Negotiating with Trade Unions
This one day workshop on 5 February 2015 in Birmingham has been designed to increase the confidence of negotiators in dealing with unions in a challenging environment. It will help identify the key issues which motivate unions during negotiations and will help with a speedy resolution of issues, avoiding potential conflict.
