Bursary criteria widened for Senior Leadership Management Development Programme
9th October 2020
In order to promote diversity across the learning and skills sector, we are delighted to confirm that the Education and Training Foundation are now inviting bursary applications from delegates from across the nine protected characteristics for our Senior Leadership Management Development Programme. Full details of the criteria can be found on the ELMAG burary website.
In addition to this, applications are also invited from delegates who can demonstrate one of the following:
Organisational turnover generated by education and training provision of under £15m p/a
Evidence of delivering education, training and/or skills development support to local communities and/or hard-to-reach learners
The Senior Leadership Management Development programme is designed for senior managers and leaders working in the further education and skills sector who wish to improve management and leadership effectiveness in their current senior role or who aspire to move on to the next level. Cohort 10 will start in January 2016.
