Saudi Arabia: Recruitment and selection - AoC guidance
19th June 2019
This guidance document provides advice and guidance to member colleges who are thinking of opening a college or subsidiary company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and recruiting UK staff or KSA nationals at the college. This should also be read in conjunction with “International Operations – a Legal Guide for UK Colleges” written by AoC in conjunction with Eversheds LLP. This guidance focuses on the KSA due to the volume of enquiries received in this area.
