intends to alert colleges to forthcoming changes in employment legislation.
New legislation is expected to come into force during the next academic year. This online resource will assist colleges with planning revisions to HR policies and processes required to ensure they are compliant with legal developments.
Employers are not always given extensive notice of when legal changes will be implemented. However this timeline aims to give colleges the anticipated dates of changes, as and when relevant announcements are made. The Employment Team will continue to regularly update this timeline, in light of further announcements concerning the legislative timetable.
