- IGCSE 2016-2017 delivery
IGCSE 2016-2017 delivery
19th June 2019
DfE has confirmed that IGCSE will be available under condition of funding and count towards performance measures for delivery in the academic year 2016-2017 for 16 to 18-year old students.
This follows the earlier decision to allow delivery of legacy GCSES in English and maths in 2016/17.
SFA and EFA have confirmed funding for legacy resits for both 16 to 18-year-olds and 19+ students.
IGCSEs in English, English language and mathematics in 2016 to 2017
An updated guidance note on how the SFA and EFA will fund legacy GCSEs and IGCSEs in English, English Language and mathematics in 2016 to 2017 has been published.
