Current Opportunity: Vice Principal Education and Quality - Croydon College

AoC Create is currently recruiting to the post of Vice Principal Education and Quality at Croydon College
Croydon College has a bright future. With a new Principal and leadership team in place, a location in the centre of a major regeneration hub and an exciting merger fast approaching with Coulsdon Sixth Form College, they are keen to realise our full potential.
Their new Vice Principal Education and Quality will play a key role in achieving their goals. A member of the executive team, the new post holder will oversee consistently high-quality provision across the college and deliver the performance framework to support their overall strategic plans. You will also lead on the college’s curriculum strategy for young people, ensuring that it meets the needs of their community and maximises their students’ potential. Key to the role will be providing inspirational leadership which encourages innovation and continually develops and improves teaching and learning practice.
The successful candidate will bring a strong track record in the leadership and management of teaching and learning, curriculum development and quality assurance within further education.
