Current Opportunity - Principal and Chief Executive, New College Swindon

AoC Create is currently recruiting to the post of Principal and Chief Executive at New College Swindon
New College Swindon has a bright future ahead, building on the progress that they have already made. A Beacon Award-winning college, their 16-18 and 19+ Adult achievement rates are significantly above the national average, they are a Top 10 college for learner and employer satisfaction and rank among the top colleges in the country for English and maths progress.
Following the retirement of their current Principal, the college are seeking an inspirational leader who will develop and implement an ambitious strategy to ensure that they become an outstanding provider of training and education, harnessing the internal talent and instilling a culture of achievement. Developing effective partnerships and creating new initiatives, the new leader will ensure the college’s ongoing sustainability and reputation at the forefront of the local community and beyond.
