Current Opportunity: Non-Executive Director - AoC Create

AoC Create is currently recruiting to the post of Non-Executive Director.
AoC Create, part of the Association of Colleges group, is a trusted and valued partner for colleges and other education providers. With an income of around £6million, we provide a range of development and resourcing services for the further education sector, working closely with colleges and other partner organisations to support excellence across the sector.
We have an exciting opportunity for a new Non-Executive Director to join the AoC Create Board, to play a key role in the governance, strategic direction and commercial success of the company. The new post holder will work with our forward-looking Managing Director to ensure that our services are innovative and responsive to sector needs, generating and developing new ideas and business objectives. You will have strategic input into aligning our services to our key business aims of increasing our market share, building the reputation of AoC and creating a strong and sustainable FE sector. The new post holder will also continue to strengthen our external profile, bringing a proactive approach to promoting AoC Create and raising brand awareness.
