AoC Create is currently recruiting tot he post of Vice Principal Director of Quality and Compliance at Vocational Skills Partnership (VSP)
Vocational Skills Partnership (Wales) Ltd (VSP) is a truly unique training consortium that delivers high-quality work-based learning qualifications and Jobs Growth Wales opportunities throughout Wales. Established in 2010 the consortium has four partners; TSW Training, Aspiration Training, Network Training Services and Educ8, employing c.200 staff across the four organisations. We deliver provision to more than 2000 learners (and growing) across a variety of sectors including Childcare, Business Administration, Engineering, Health & Social Care and Hospitality and offer Apprenticeships from Level 2 to level 5.
Our ideal candidate will be based in or close to the South Wales region or be prepared to relocate to the area. Home-based with regular travel to the sites in Cardiff, Ystrad Mynach, Bridgend and Port Talbot, you will be an expert in work-based further education learning contracts in the UK and be fully experienced in the implementation and management of quality processes and policies within a multi-site organisation. You will have extensive experience of working with Ofsted and/or Estyn frameworks and will provide ongoing advice and recommendations to the Board which will inform strategic level decision-making.
