Current Opportunity: Director of People and Organisational Development - Wirral Metropolitan College

AoC Create is currently recruiting to the post of Director of People and Organisational Development at Wirral Metropolitan College.
Wirral Metropolitan College’s mission is to enhance economic prosperity through high quality, work-related education and training, supporting around 10,000 students every year.
ur new Director will develop and embed HR, OD and workforce development strategies to create an environment where individuals can flourish, where talent is identified and developed to its fullest potential, and where performance measures support progression and reward. You will lead on developing a skilled, committed workforce, through succession planning initiatives which provide opportunities and future-proof the College. You will develop impactful attraction strategies which position the College as an employer of choice. Leading a highly motivated HR team and acting as a key business driver, you will provide guidance and effective support to the senior leadership team and line managers on strategic and operational HR matters.
A proactive driver of change, you will have a successful track record of organisational development, devising and embedding effective strategies which positively impact the success of a whole organisation.
