New resources on Shared Parental Leave and Pay

BIS has revised its guidance for employers on shared parental leave and pay. The Employers' Technical Guide to Shared Parental Leave and Pay has been improved to include more FAQs. BIS has also launched an online calculator to help employees who are expecting a child to calculate their leave and pay entitlements, including shared parental leave and pay.
