Future Apprenticeship Workshop: Delivering Apprenticeship Standards

A workshop is being delivered as part of the Future Apprenticeships Programme. This has been designed to support you to lead the organisational changes required in order to successfully deliver the new apprenticeships through hearing from, and sharing experiences with, those already delivering new standards. This workshop is aimed at Principals/CEO, First line managers and Governors, to develop understanding of what is involved in making the transition from a delivery model based on apprenticeship frameworks to one which involves implementing the apprenticeship reforms and more closely involving employers in the design and delivery of the new standards. By attending this workshop, you will: ·Hear from providers delivering new standards about their journey - the nuts and bolts of changes made, the reasons why and the lessons learnt to date. ·Gather information from an End Point Assessment Organisation (EPA). ·Have an opportunity to ask questions, discuss with others and develop individual action planning.
