EHRC: Revised guidance

The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) publishes Equality Act Codes of Practice as well as technical guides on implementing the Equality Act 2010. EHRC has now updated its Technical Guidance on the Public Sector Equality Duty: England. EHRC is currently updating all of its non statutory, technical guides, including guidance specifically for further and higher education institutions. This revised guidance will be available to download from EHRC’s website, once published.
