What's on
We will shortly be sharing our exciting plans for Colleges Week 2023, including themed days and competitions. For now, start planning your colleges week activities, and shout about the great work colleges do everyday - we can't wait to see what you get up to!
WEEK 1: LOCAL FOCUS
This week will focus on how colleges support local skills, labour markets and life chances. We will have a daily theme, focussed around a key sector which colleges support: Construction; Digital; Green Skills; Health and Social Care; Hospitality. The aim during the first week is to get employers and local civic and political figures into colleges, with some suggested activities like a business breakfast, skills lunch, an employment exhibition.

- Showcase the hospitality courses at your College! It would be great to share videos and images of the fantastic meals being served in your college restaurant or even invite your local MP(s) for a meal to celebrate Colleges Week 2023.
WEEK 2: NATIONAL FOCUS
This week will focus on the role colleges play in supporting the national economy and how with greater investment the sector can help boost the country’s flagging productivity levels.
