- #ShowYourSkills Competition

#ShowYourSkills Competition

This competition is an opportunity for college students and staff to show their skills. The idea is to share a video demonstrating the skills you have gained through your college course or extra-curricular activities. This can be students demonstrating what they have learnt or staff demonstrating the skills they teach, it is completely up to the college how they do this, we are just asking that they share a video to social media to enter the competition.
Entries are open from Monday 2 October 2023 until close of play on Wednesday 18 October 2023.
Showing your skills could involve a music performance, a culinary creation, sports skills, artwork, equestrian skills, photography, fashion – anything that you do at college!
To participate in the contest, colleges must submit their post via Twitter or LinkedIn with the hashtags #ShowYourSkills and #LoveOurColleges (please also tag both @irwinmitchell and @AoC_info in your post, to ensure we receive your entry). Please email comms@aoc.co.uk with a link to your post to make sure we don’t miss it.
Don’t be afraid to think outside the box, we can’t wait to see your skills!
Videos should be no longer than 1 minute 30 seconds. And must be subtitled if there is speaking.
Each college will manage submissions received by students and staff but can only submit one video that will be considered for the competition purpose. Share as many skills as you can in the video.
If you have any questions, please contact us at comms@aoc.co.uk.
The winner of the competition will win a £500 BACS payment for their college!
Make sure to read the competition rules below before submitting your entry:
