This essential workshop aims to increase commercial skills whilst enabling participants to effectively translate and embed strategic vision within a colleges culture. Sustainability of commercial vision is only possible when key stakeholders have ‘buy in’. The training will focus on developing practical approaches to income generation that are proven to work.
Using a ‘hands on’ approach, this workshop can immediately be applied back to real life case studies and examples of challenges experienced by delegates in the room.
