AoC Annual Conference and Exhibition 2026

The AoC Annual Conference and Exhibition 2026 is once again set to be the premier event for the FE sector. It will provide an opportunity for sector leaders and staff to come together around a clear theme: collaboration as the key to effective policy delivery and long‑term system change.
Over two days, delegates will hear from inspiring keynote speakers and take part in breakout sessions that explore the issues shaping FE today: community cohesion, tackling the number of young people not in education, employment or training (NEETs), strengthening local partnerships, and navigating evolving policy landscapes. Sessions will spotlight practical approaches, lived experience and real examples of colleges driving positive change through collaboration.
The conference will also celebrate the people who make our sector what it is, including students, staff, leaders and partners, all in an atmosphere that reflects the values our colleges champion every day: inclusive, supportive, proud, and rooted in place.
