The closing date for submissions has now passed. We will be shortlisting and selecting the chosen candidates and will inform all entrants of the selected colleges in early October.

Students are an integral part of the AoC Annual Conference and Exhibition. We are delighted to offer opportunities for the students of AoC member colleges to gain work experience or perform at our flagship event. We've added some extra opportunities this year to allow us to welcome as many students as possible.

Providing students with real-life work experience at one of the biggest events of its kind for the further education sector.

We have places available in:

  • Artwork - (pre-event for display on Tuesday 14 November)
  • Catering and waiter service (Tuesday 14 and Wednesday 15 November)
  • Floristry (Tuesday 14 November)
  • Event management (Tuesday 14 and Wednesday 15 November)
  • Massages and/or other therapies (Tuesday 14 and Wednesday 15 November)
  • Photography and videography (Tuesday 14 and Wednesday 15 November)
  • Press and media journalism (Tuesday 14 and Wednesday 15 November)
  • Performing arts (Tuesday 14 November AM & PM)

Please note that eligible students will be required to demonstrate an adequate level of relevant skills and experience in the selected area, together with the maturity and enthusiasm required to assist a group of professional event managers and staff at the ICC, whose aim is to ensure the success of this well-established conference and exhibition.
