Shelter together- supporting individuals facing homelessness in Stoke-on-Trent
A case study by Stoke on Trent College.
The Youth Social Action team at Stoke on Trent College brought together eight learners from across the college to positively impact their community. Over six months, they developed a project to support adults facing homelessness. In doing so, the ambassadors-built community partnerships, inspired peers and staff to value social action, and compassionately addressed a vital social need.
