Baking for Better Mental Health
A case study by London South East Colleges.
As part of the Youth Social Action programme, students from the Public Services course at Bromley College identified mental health as a key issue they felt strongly about. With several ambassadors having personal experiences of mental health challenges, they wanted to do something meaningful that would support others and help destigmatise mental health in their college.
