The College has an extensive partnership with Loughborough University, is the home of the NFL Academy and works with 2,000 elite athletes each year. We also work closely with a range of blue-chip employers and stakeholders across several sectors, including 15 national governing bodies. We’re a successful and financially robust organisation, with an annual turnover of £44m. Currently, we are investing £30 million in our estate, including the Institute of Technology, Digital Skills Hub, state-of-the-art sports hall, and social spaces, firmly positioning the college as a destination of choice.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a committed individual to play a crucial role in shaping futures. You will have board experience, either in the education sector or a sector with synergy and knowledge of the landscape, a demonstrated understanding of good governance, coupled with an appreciation for procedure, policy, and expectations associated with the boardroom. You will combine strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead in an open and transparent way. To succeed in this role, you will have a genuine passion for education and a commitment to support Loughborough College in the next stages of our exciting journey.
