AoC Student of the Year Awards 2025/26 Terms & Conditions

Question 1

I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the requirements of the AoC Student of the Year Guide for Applicants 2025/26 including conditions of entry and eligibility

Question 2

I declare that I am not aware of any college or individual issues that may affect the reputation of AoC, AoC Charitable Trust, the AoC Student of the Year Awards or sponsors when submitting an application

Question 3

I confirm that, if AI is used in producing an AoC Student of the Year application, it is true and accurate information.

Question 4

I consent for details of the college’s application e.g. student profile/story, blogs, case studies and other materials requested for promotion and publication to be shared with AoC and Student of the Year sponsors and for it to be included in future publications (online or in print), social media and website content.
I am aware of the potential need for the college’s submission to be corrected grammatically, shortened or edited for publishing.

Question 5

I understand that personal data (name, contact details, and college) of member(s) of staff submitting a Student of the Year award application on behalf of the college, may be shared with AoC and the relevant sponsor.
I also understand that the name of the student and their college details may be included in publications (online or in print), social media and website content and have sought approval from the student or carer ahead of submission.

Question 6

I understand that a student email address will be requested for finalist colleges. The Awards team will share the email with the AoC events team only for conference dinner, and if a winner for the Spring Celebration event arrangements.

Question 7

I acknowledge and agree that the AoC Student of the Year Award Finalist and Winning colleges are only permitted to use the appropriate Student of the Year logo on any promotional material up to 18 November 2026. The logo must not be changed from the original design, and no alternative versions are allowed to be used on marketing or publicity materials created by the college. The college should refer to AoC’s brand and style guidelines.
