Experience to draw from: I have been a Principal for over 20 years. I have worked in a number of large multi-sited colleges across the country. I have a range of experience in managing and growing colleges, and developing new curriculum areas to meet employer need. I also have experience of quality improvement and in bringing colleges with different cultures together with a clear vision and purpose.
Wherever I have worked I have developed strong, local partnerships with a wide range of stakeholders, so that the College becomes a key part of the community and the employers it serves. I have used these external relationships to leverage funding and support for the College.
I am able to support you with:
- Management of multi-sited provision
- Managing mergers and bringing different cultures together
- Quality improvement
- Staff performance management
- Curriculum growth and development
- Partnership working
- Successfully leading and managing large, complex organisations
- Positioning a college as the key provider in an area
