Shared Services - New Models of Delivery
The AoC have been working on a variety of projects since 2010, these projects were run under the Grant Fund and Efficiency Innovation Fund.
The aim of these projects were to:
- Test out new models of delivery from feasibility through to implementation.
- Provide outcomes that can be shared and replicated for the sector.
