Quality Improvement & Regulation

What is Quality and Regulation?

Performance management, improvement and regulation are crucial to Colleges’ reputation.

The Quality and Regulation team at AoC focuses on the work of Ofsted, the Skills Funding Agency, the YPLA and Local Authorities, the Department of Business Innovation and Skills, the Department for Education, Ofqual and the Learning and Skills Improvement Service to ensure that the needs of Colleges are understood and the burden of regulation and performance management is proportionate to risk.

Current Hot Issues in Quality and Regulation
