Reputation Portfolio Group Overview

The AoC Reputation Portfolio Group exists to develop policy in relation to the reputation of the College sector.

The group seeks to give leadership and strategic guidance to College management teams and its remit includes:

  • Running expert discussions with College Principals and identifying priorities
  • Engaging with Colleges on policy issues related to reputation
  • Considering the emerging trends and evidence and how these apply to Colleges, and identifying where additional research is required
  • Providing strategic guidance on how College Principals might inform AoC on the challenges they face in managing reputation
  • Promoting effective best practice from within Colleges, and from external organisations, on reputation management
  • Providing strategic guidance and leadership as it relates to reputation

The group constists of nine College Principals from each AoC region, representing different types of Colleges, plus a Board member Chair. The group is facilitated by AoC officers and assisted by expert advisors.
