AoC calls for the publication of FE loans regulation

Association of Colleges’ Chief Executive, Martin Doel, said:
“The introduction of loans in Further Education represents a significant change and colleges need to be fully informed on how to implement the new system.
“To this end we call for the statutory regulations implementing the loans scheme to be published as soon as possible. Colleges need this information quickly so that they can give prospective students the most accurate information. It is vital that the regulations are laid in advance of 17 July, when Parliament breaks for the summer.”
