Member surveys

AoC conducts membership surveys throughout the year. Surveying offers our members at least one opportunity to feedback to AoC on any issues that might arise throughout the year. Through each survey, AoC gains a better indication of both areas where it has had a positive impact on its members and areas for improvement to its products and services.
In 2009, AoC launched a new commitment to the quality of its services. During the year, over 60 Principals (selected at random) will be interviewed over the phone, or in person, to provide us with an insight into how we can better service our members.
