AoC North West Networks - Open to all AoC Members

AoC NW Annual Conference & AGM (Principals & Chairs) - towards the end of the Spring term.  Includes private members only discussion session with AoC Chief Executive.  AGM includes submission of annual reports.

Principals & Chairs Forum (formerly called Full Members Meeting) - twice per year in the Summer and Autumn terms.  2 hour meetings (usually 2-4p.m.)

Chairs Network - twice per year in the Summer and Autumn terms.  Usually arranged to directly follow the Principals & Chairs Forum.  1 hour meetings for Chairs only (usually 4-5p.m.)

Governors Network - twice per year in the Summer and Autumn terms.  2 hour meetings open to any Governors (usually 5-7p.m.)

Finance Directors Network - twice per year in the Spring and Autumn terms.  Half day (morning) meetings.

Senior Curriculum Managers Network - twice per year, terms can vary.  2 hour meetings (usually 2-4p.m.)

Press & Marketing Network - twice per year in the Summer and Autumn terms.  Half day (morning) meetings.

Heads of Sport Network (launched Autumn term 2011) - twice per year in the Spring and Autumn terms.

Business Development Managers Network - meets termly.  Half day (morning) meetings.

Clerks Network - meets termly.  Organised by Southport College with AoC NW input.  Half day (morning) meetings.

 

Other AoC NW Groups

Regional Committee - Consists of approximately 20 Principals and Chairs.  Elections held annually for places on the Committee.  Meets 4 times a year and oversees the work of the AoC in the region.  Also includes representatives from AoC Board and Governors Council.

Sub-Regional Representatives Group (formerly called Sub-Regional Chairs Group) -meets termly and consists of the Principals who Chair the 5 sub-regional College groups in the region.

Strategic Sport Group - meets termly and consists of representatives from each of the 5 sub-regions plus British Colleges Sport and County Sport Partnership representatives.
