AoC London Report on Tackling and Preventing Gang Problems

‘Tackling and Preventing Gang Problems in London Colleges’ is a new report from AoC London, based on input from 22 London colleges and key stakeholders.  It highlights the significant positive contribution made by London colleges in this area and presents examples of good practice.  Issues addressed include engaging students, managing security and safety systems and effective working with the Police and other community partner organisations.  Practical expert guidance for colleges on legal issues and crisis communications is also included.  It is hoped this will provide a useful resource for all colleges affected by these issues and will stimulate debate within the sector.
