Final tips

THREE COMPLETE COPIES of the application and supporting evidence must be submitted. Two of these are sent to the two assessors assigned to the award and the third set is retained by the Awards office.

Do not send in original samples of evidence from beneficiaries, students’ course work, letters of support etcetera. The AoC Beacon Awards office cannot accept any liability if these items are lost or damaged.

You are asked to submit THREE copies of your complete application AND statement (including supporting evidence) by Wednesday 23 July 2008 to:
