AoC Procurement Team
The successful LSC Procurement Efficiency Team has moved to the AoC.
The current economic climate has brought the need for Colleges to maximise efficiencies into sharp focus.
Since 2005, the FE Procurement Efficiency Team has worked with Colleges to identify and support the implementation of efficiency initiatives and the move to the AoC will see this important work continuing.
Effective management of Procurement could mean:
- Better value for money, which releases funds to invest in services for students
- Reduced exposure to risk
- Improved supplier performance
- Reduced cost (time and effort) of paperwork and administration
