These new Governance Master Classes are aimed at Colleges that are either actively pursuing or are considering evaluating the opportunities presented by the new freedom. They provide a strategic overview and an update on developments of the financial, regulatory and legal framework for Colleges.

These events have been organised by AoC Create with support from a legal and technical perspective by Eversheds, who will give advice and further information on how some Colleges are adapting to the changes that are now permissible.

Why should you attend?

The Master Classes will provide the opportunity to participate in a case study exercise to review and implement appropriate changes to the I&As to support new business structures.

They will also consider how best to exploit opportunities, undertake a comprehensive risk assessment and identify key tasks.
