Liz Armstrong, Assistant Principal for Adult and Community at Oxford and Cherwell Valley College, is the Chair of this network.  The group has recently heard from the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills on Adult Safeguarded Learning, as well as receiving a Local Authority perspective.  NIACE too have spoken on a number of topics including the Colleges in the Community inquiry, the future of ESOL funding and Adult Learners Week.  The Skills Funding Agency have also updated on Next Step.
